Custom spreader beams, calculated for your most complex loads
Our spreader beams and lifting gear are sized for maximum useful loads of up to 12,000–15,000 kg, with off-centered center of gravity: main high-speed rail transformers, engine blocks, brake blocks, electrical cabinets. Each structure is built with hot-rolled S355 steel, fitted with a set of no-load balancing weights and validated by finite element calculation reports.
In compliance with current Moroccan standards, each spreader beam is delivered with its complete technical file: 2D/3D drawings, material certificates, and regulatory static and dynamic load inspection report.
