For over 7 years, we have supported the railway, automotive, aerospace and heavy industry sectors, placing innovation, precision, safety and reliability at the heart of everything we build. Our ambition: to support industry in its most demanding projects, while actively contributing to industrial development, in Morocco and internationally.

- • Welded structures: spreader beams, lifting gear, jigs & tools, welded structures & steel frames, perfectly adapted to our clients' specific needs.
- • Technical expertise: leveraging our cumulative industry knowledge and know-how to offer high-performance, durable and secure solutions.
- • Skidding and Sliding Systems: design and manufacturing of specific industrial lifting and handling equipment, for moving the heaviest loads up to 200 tonnes.
- • Safety and regulatory control: rental of regulatory weights and water bags up to 200 tonnes, with technical assistance from our certified lifting engineers and technicians.

2018
Founding of LEAN & GROW ENGINEERING in Casablanca by Hassan Aabil, with a clear ambition: to support industry in its most demanding projects.
2019-2021
Development of the railway Jigs & Tools division: fixtures, extractors and specific tooling for high-speed rail maintenance.
2022-2023
Expansion into specific equipment and transport access platforms, with projects for the SAFIEC thermal power plant.
2024-2026
Over 7 years of combined experience, an expanded client portfolio (ONCF, Alstom, Renault, Stellantis, Airbus Atlantic...) and skidding/sliding capacity up to 200 tonnes.
