Overhead Crane Load Test in Morocco
Load and proof testing of your overhead cranes — lifting capacity verification up to 200 tonnes, with LGEN's equipment and technical assistance.
Why perform an overhead crane load test?
An overhead crane load test — or proof test — involves subjecting the crane to a test load, typically 110% or 125% of its safe working load depending on the test type, to verify its lifting capacity and structural strength under controlled conditions. This test is required before commissioning a new or modified overhead crane, and during its periodic regulatory inspections.
LGEN provides the regulatory test weights, water bags and wireless dynamometers needed to perform the test, along with a team of certified engineers and technicians to support you on site, anywhere in Morocco.
